We prepare orders on the day they are placed, with Bosta collection scheduled for the following day. Holidays and collection availability may affect this schedule.

Delivery after collection

Bosta publishes the following estimated transit times, counted from collection rather than from placing your order:

Cairo and Alexandria

1 working day

Delta and Canal governorates

2 working days

Upper Egypt

4 working days

Delivery depends on Bosta coverage and the destination. For areas not listed above, contact customer service to confirm the estimated delivery time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays and delivery conditions can affect them.

Charges and payment

The shipping charge and full order total are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is cash on delivery. The amount shown at checkout is the amount to prepare for the courier.
